How many collectors will be selling items?
Seven different collectors have thoroughly dug through their respective collections and identified several different items for sale. Each person will have their own table with their offerings.

What exactly will be sold at this event?
Each collector has been buying from Mondo since it first started, along with other galleries like Spoke-Art, Bottleneck, Mutant, Coda, Hashimoto Contemporary, Gallery1988, etc, as well as directly from artists themselves. The items for sale include limited edition prints (including commissions), vinyl records, original artwork, pins, toys and other collectibles, With this in mind, there should be something for everyone.

What forms of payment will be accepted?
While this isn’t quite a garage sale or flea market, you can think of it as such when it comes to payment. Each collector will accept at least one of the following forms of payment: Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp, or cash.

So, this is like a Mondo flat file sale where everything will be offered at original cost?
No, this is not like a Mondo flat file sale where everything is offered at original cost.

Each collector will be selling items from their personal collections and setting their own prices. This means that you might see limited edition prints, originally priced at $60, for $30. You might also see limited edition prints that have increased in value, but are being sold below current market rates.

Some things will be under cost. Some things will be at cost. Some things will be closer to market, but priced a bit under.

But I want to buy a grail for $50!
A deal below market is very likely for a “bigger ticket” piece, but not at original cost.

Some collectors will definitely have items at, or below, their original price. For clarity, though, there should not be an expectation of buying a print currently valued at $1000 for $50.

Will sellers be offering discounts, like package deals, or can I haggle on prices?
It never hurts to ask! Have a conversation and see where it goes.

Is there a limit to how many items we can purchase?
Absolutely not.

Will the sellers be sharing lists of what will be available ahead of the event?
Most likely, no.

Teases of some of the items that will be at the event have been, and will continue to be, shared on social media.

Will attendees be able to look through stacks of items from each seller?
The majority of the participating collectors will have “menus” that show their items. This should help with easily identifying what is available and what has been sold.

Some collectors will have portfolios to look through as well, or have items on their tables for quick access.

Should attendees bring their own tubes?
You can absolutely bring your own tube or foam core sandwich to help secure items you purchase.

Some of the sellers will have prints already bagged, or offer bags, tubes and kraft, for rolling some of your purchases. If you plan on buying records, it would be good to bring a tote bag.

Will there be an online drop for anything that doesn’t sell at the event?
This is entirely up to each collector.

A major perk of the event is to connect with other collectors, while also eliminating extra costs like seller fees, shipping materials and shipping costs.
